The purposes of PPGLinC:
- Explore the potential project of the previous experience of PPGLL, aiming to establish better conditions for the evolution and strengthening of the Program;
- Prepare masters’ and doctorate researchers with solid theoretical knowledge on Historical Linguistics and Language Sciences, in which language, discourse and culture merge together;
- Support graduate students in research and in distinct levels of education from different approaches, within the expertise of the area of Language and Linguistics interfacing with culture;
- Expand the scope of research and knowledge in the area by strengthening the qualification of the Program’s alumni and enabling them to disseminate academic production in their professional practices.
